N.M.Thota has worked with Aerospace, Automotive & manufacturing industries for more than 20 years.

During late 80s, he taught Machine Design, Finite Element Analysis and related subjects to Graduate and Post Graduate Students of National Institute of Technology & Dr.Baba Saheb Ambedkar Technological University.

Early 90s, N.M.Thota has also worked as "Scientist/Engineer" with prestigious "Space Applications Center" of "Indian Space Research Organization" and successfully carried-out design and development of many Communication and Remote Sensing Satellite payloads. During the same period, N.M.Thota has trained Junior Scientists/Engineers of Institute of Plasma Research in the areas of FEM and its application software.

N.M.Thota has also worked as "Senior Executive - R&D", with "AMTEK Group of companies" at Malaysia and carried out extensive metal forming research and also worked for many manufacturing firms as consultant.

In Australia, N.M.Thota has worked with "Mitsubishi Motors Australia Limited" and "VIPAC Engineers & Scientists Ltd" and successfully completed prestigious automotive and defence projects.

N.M.Thota has got 17 technical publications and innumerable technical reports into his credit. N.M.Thota's knowledge and experience will be applied all activities of "CAD-CAE Consultants".
